*We do not accept membership cancellations via our website “Contact Us” option.
Please email membership at hwfcmembership@sharefoundation.com or stop by the club. Be aware if you are canceling within 15 days of your billing date, you will be charged an additional month before your cancellation is finalized. Please include the following information in your cancellation email:

• Primary member name
• Date of Birth
•  Members on account
• Current phone number
• Any additional services such as locker or personal training

You will received an email from us within 2 business days to notify you that we have processed your membership cancellation. If you have not been notified, please contact the center.
