HFC’s certified personal trainers are dedicated to help you, whatever your level. HFC’s trainers hold nationally accredited certifications to ensure you achieve your goals through private, small group, and team training.
A complimentary fitness assessment is available to all members and can help us create a personalized workout plan to launch you to your next level of fitness. HealthWorks recommends that members undergo regular fitness assessments and program design. These appointments are provided to members for no additional cost.
For new members, it is a great way to establish a fitness baseline.
For veteran members, the assessment helps individuals monitor their progress and establish new fitness goals.

Personal Training Sessions
We’re going to pump you up! Strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our certified pros teach you proper form and different fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength. Your beach body will thank you.
HealthWorks’ premier large group training program. The member will feel the difference using compound exercises to recruit the maximum amount of muscle for every exercise. This style of exercise creates the after burn effect, XPLODING the highest amount of calories.
Designed by Certified Personal Trainers, XTS delivers a safe, fun, and effective personal training in a “TEAM” setting.
Mat based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and
flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.
