Les Mills Body Pump EXPRESS
The original LES MILLS™ barbell class will sculpt tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! 45 minute program challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight.
Les Mills RPM
Interval based training program where we alternate between short bursts of intense activity and active recovery in fun filled 30 minute (express), and 45 minute classes. RPM is perfect for anyone wanting to burn calories, become cardio fit and develop lower body strength! PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINUTES EARLY FOR BIKE SET UP!
Les Mills CXWORX
30 minutes of Les Mills CXWORX is all you’ll need to give your core a challenging workout that features a mix of isolation exercises (like crunches or leg extensions) that target specific muscles and integrated moves that use two or more muscle groups together.
A high-energy, fun and challenging workout that will get your heart rate up, lift your tush and tone and tighten all the right areas.
Utilizing a ballet barre, this class incorporates isometric movements, pilates, yoga, cardio and resistance training while still being low impact on bones and joints.
All levels welcome!
Our outdoor Boot Camp utilizes effective physical/resiliency training techniques practiced by military forces. Class participants use proper form and safety, executing fitness programs, circuit training, some obstacle courses and partner assisted exercises. Get your crushing shot of Boot Camp adrenaline Monday and Wednesday evenings (seasonal) at 6:00pm… Please check current schedule for class availability.

Senior Strength & Yoga
Challenge yourself with this 25 minute workout designed specifically with “Seniors” in mind. Very light to moderate hand weights, balls and bands are used to strengthen and tone your entire body. Strength is followed immediately by 25-30 minutes of assisted YOGA using the chair to improve strength, balance, flexibility and clarity of mind.
The most unique fitness/wellness program extravaganza for seniors and baby boomers. It is designed to burn fat, improve physical and mental fitness and above all, be fun. Modifications for seated work are also demonstrated.
Vinyasa (also called Flow) classes maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a flowing sequence of yoga poses to cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance. Postures may be held for longer periods of time, and will flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind. Come along and discover just how good yoga can make you feel!

AQUA STAND UP® is a small group training program inspired by paddle boarding mixed with different fitness technics like H.I.I.T., Pilates, Yoga and muscular conditioning. Balance is the key! AQUA STAND UP® will help you to reach your goals with fun and effective movements! Accessible to everyone! This is a fee based class.
Muscle Recovery Class
Self-myofascial Release is developing into a powerful form of accessible self-care. In the last 10 years, it emerged as an adjunct to manual therapy and is now found in the offices of physical therapists and athletic trainers as well as in yoga studios, homes and workplaces. “Rolling” empowers you to relieve muscular (myo) pain and tension as it rehydrates the connective tissue matrix (fascia), improving joint mobility and relaxing the nervous system (release). Now available here by request, a community class that is pleasurable to do, easy to learn and very effective. Group practice blends the innate intuition of your body with guided expertise and knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology. Each week, enjoy a different sequence of rolling and compressions using bodyweight and breath to melt onto a variety of balls and foam rollers. All positions are modifiable to customize the right level of intensity or comfort. No experience is necessary and it is valuable for everyone from athlete to cubicle jockey; old, young and in between. Please wear clothing that allows freedom of movement without being too baggy.
