H.E.A.T. Healthy Eating And Tasting
South Arkansas Center on Aging (SACOA) is bringing Healthy Eating and Tasting (HEAT) back to HealthWorks!
The program will kick off on August 10, 2021 after over a year of pause due to the covid 19 pandemic.
Social distancing protocol will be in place so space will be limited to 29 participants.
Although box meals will not be served at this time, there will be a cooking demonstration and bags with all of the ingredients for Sweet Potato Crusted Salmon Cakes will be sent home with each person attending.
