Nobody knows fitness like HealthWorks Fitness Center! Whether your goal is to get stronger, get bigger, or to lose a few pounds, fitness can mean something slightly different to everyone. The most important thing is how fitness makes you feel.
Each new member who joins HealthWorks, will have the opportunity to set up a four appointment fitness assessment with a certified fitness trainer. This assessment is provided to new members at no additional fee. This inclusive amenity is provided to assess the new member's overall level of fitness, obtain specific body measurements (including body mass index), and set each new member up with an individual fitness plan specific to the individual. Getting a fitness regimen established will help ensure each member meets their goals, and maximize the time and money each member spends at Healthworks. Assessments may be scheduled once you become a member of the facility.
